These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by ShowMeSports Broadcasting, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing, viewing, purchasing, or using any of our websites, platforms, broadcasts, applications, or content (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Services Provided

ShowMeSports Broadcasting provides sports broadcasting, live streaming, media production, podcasting, on-demand content, advertising, sponsorship integrations, and related media services.

Services may include live or recorded video, audio, graphics, commentary, statistics, and other content delivered through digital platforms, television, or other distribution methods.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Services, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts and Access

Certain Services may require account creation or paid access. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Accept responsibility for all activity conducted under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Certain Services may require payment, subscription fees, or event-based fees.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing
Pricing may change at any time
Subscription services may renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content produced, broadcast, streamed, or distributed by the Company — including video, audio, logos, graphics, commentary, and branding — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content
Record, rebroadcast, or retransmit live streams without written permission
Use Company branding or trademarks without authorization

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.

6. School Events and Minors

The Services may include coverage of school-related or public events that feature students and other minors.

Responsibility for obtaining parental consent, participant releases, and necessary permissions rests with the school, league, or event organizer. By accessing the Services, you acknowledge that broadcast content may include identifiable images, names, or voices of participants.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful purposes
Interfere with broadcasts, streams, or systems
Harass, defame, or harm others
Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

8. Third-Party Platforms

The Services may be distributed through third-party platforms, including streaming services, social media platforms, or television networks. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of third-party platforms. Use of such platforms is subject to their respective terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted service.

Live sports broadcasts may be delayed, interrupted, rescheduled, or canceled due to technical issues, weather conditions, scheduling changes, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShowMeSports Broadcasting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to the Company.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
